This property at 294 Zimpfer Street, Columbus, OH 43206 is one of the best potential house to either house hack or to use as a medium term rental I've seen in a while.
It has been on the market almost 50 days, is listed a little high in my opinion, but has all the features that make a fundamentally sound investment in my mind.
I love that there are essentially 3 separate spaces that can be rented out, and potentially have separate entrances to some degree. This leaves us with the ultimate "rent by the room" building, or a fantastic house hack as well.
Even if you just have a multigenerational family this home would be a great fit.
